Moor Mud Wrap/Mask Directions:
Apply a generous layer of moor mud over your entire body. Wrap up in a body cocoon of thermal foil sheet for 30 minutes. (The thermal wrap sheet will help keep your warm and will help prevent the mud from drying out.) Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For deeper soothing of joints, heat the mud in a small bowl over a pan of hot water or in the microwave for one minute before use. Always check temperature of heated thermal mud before applying to the body. After rinsing, apply herbal relaxing, firming or cellulite body oil.
